The Newborn Lounger returns won’t be accepted through the official site (Boppy.com) return form below, anyhow of purchase date. We can not initiate any refund payments for Loungers that are not submitted through our call center or online recall form.
Boppy Lounger Refund/Return Policy
Honestly, items criteria for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on the official site boppy.com, unless else noted. We don’t accept returns from purchases made at different retailers. Custom Boppy ® Pillow orders can not be canceled or restored.
The Boppy Company, LLC accepts returns on non-sale merchandise that’s untouched and unopened or items that have been found to be faulty. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC isn’t responsible for missing returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.
Only gift orders bought fromboppy.com may be changed. Exchanges are valid for unused and unopened particulars or those that have been found to be imperfect for over to 30 days from the date of purchase, unless else noted. Exchanges are for like items/ like cost only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC isn’t responsible for lost exchanges. All exchanges are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.

Limited Warranty of Boppy Lounger
Well, the Boppy Company’s, main aim is to make your life easy as a new parent or parent-to-be more comfortable. We make creative, comfortable, and superior products for parents and babies.
Moreover, we guarantee that all Boppy ® Items, except for Boppy ® Healthcare products, will be free from material defects, damage caused by incorrect care previous to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase.
This guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear or cause from misusage, abuse, improper storage and handling, failure to follow the instructions on installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or changes. On this page, “ Boppy ® Products” means all covered products ( i.e., all Boppy ® products except for Boppy ® Healthcare products).
